The most affordable Accord (2.0 i-VTEC Elegance) costs € 23,900. At the time of writing this information, the price difference between diesel versions 150 and 180 hp is very large (comparative tab) because the most powerful not-for-time discount of 4,000 € in force in the rest of the range. The family version (Tourer) costs between 1,300 and 1,800 € more than four doors.

There are five trim levels, but not all are available with every engine (list of all versions of the saloon and family).

Honda Accord. 2008El range “Type S” (photo gallery of the Accord Type S) is associated exclusively to the 180 hp diesel engine. New to the range and includes elements differentiating the underbody, in the headlights, tires, and in the case of four-door version, a different rear bumper. Inside there are also decorative changes, including ambient lighting and instrument panel (image) in red, and metal pedals (image). Has a major drawback and is not to bring the parking assistance sensors that do have other versions, even more affordable, something that is lacking especially in the familiar body variant.

Another potential drawback is that you need more space to rotate because it is another measure of tires (235/45 R18 instead of 225/50 R17) and the turning circle is 11.4 meters, almost half meter (comparative sheet).

In early 2011, will open the doors of the Detroit Motor Show, lack almost nothing and we’re starting to retrace the path that takes us to get to know some of the models there going to be able to know.
